Our senior management and sales team brings more than 35 
years of experience, with two licensed brokers and a business manager on staff who collectively hold Accounting, Finance and Education degrees from the University of Oklahoma, and Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) designations earned through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Certifications and Recognitions 
The CPM® means CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER®. The CPM® designation is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® to professional property managers who have distinguished themselves in the areas of experience, education, and ethical conduct in the interest of maintaining high standards in real estate management. 

The ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM®) designation is awarded by IREM to residential managers who have successfully completed authorized educational courses and met experience requirements in the interests of maintaining high standards in real estate management.

Agents 
We have two licensed real estate brokers in the office, with plans of adding more sales associates during our upcoming planned expansion of our sales division. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds, but all committed to the Business of Real Estate.

Our Team

Dana Hare, President / Principal Broker

Dana works as a consultant in property disposition, management evaluation, arbitration, and negotiation, as well as providing clients with feasibility studies and Broker Price Opinions to aid in their decisions to acquire or liquidate investment properties. She has completed numerous management plan-writing assignments for various lenders in Oklahoma, Texas and Colorado. Her strong work ethic, fine attention to detail and ability to communicate concisely and effectively attribute to the company’s on-going success and expansion opportunities. Dana continually stresses the importance of strong fiduciary relationships with clients, and emphasizes the ongoing need for self-improvement and adherence to a strict code of ethics.

With the company since its inception, Dana stays closely involved in the overall management, special projects, sales and leasing operations of each division. Particularly “hands-on” in the company's commercial leasing and sales assignments for both management clients and owner managers alike, she brings expertise in high-efficiency business administration and personnel management, as well as structuring, directing, evaluating and supervising special projects. She takes pride in problem solving and long-range planning for the company's physical and fiscal growth and has over 24 years of real estate, property management, advertising, public relations, and marketing experience.

Dana studied Advertising/Journalism and Graphic Art Design at Midwestern State University in her native state of Texas before relocating to Norman in 1984. She attended courses at the University of Oklahoma and completed an extensive series of real estate and property management courses as education requirements for both the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) and ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM®) designations through the national Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has also successfully completed the IREM 701 executive level course “MANAGING THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY”.

As an active investor in area real estate developments and acquisitions, Dana’s most recent endeavors include her involvement in the planning, financing, marketing, leasing and selling phases for two suburban office condominium buildings constructed in a newly developed high density area in Norman, Oklahoma. She is currently the managing partner for the remaining condominium offices held for private investment purposes.

As a licensed Oklahoma real estate broker, she has successfully negotiated and closed numerous sales transactions for Apartment Complexes, Duplexes, Condominiums, Office/Retail properties, and Development Land. Dana served as President of the Greater Oklahoma City Chapter of IREM (1997); and currently serving as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Cleveland County Court Appointed Special Advocate Program for abused and neglected children (CASA); Member of Norman Board of Realtors and Norman Multi-List Service; Treasurer, Tri-Cor One Office Bldg. Assn.; Treasurer, Westport One Office Bldg. Assn..; Secretary, Ridgecrest Condominium Owners’ Assn., Secretary, Arbor Lake Homeowners’ Assn.,; Member, and Norman Chamber of Commerce and Industry where she is a 1999 graduate of their Leadership Norman program.

Robert Brannock, Vice President / Broker Associate

Robert is a profit-minded Broker with excellent organizational and communication skills, and has a proven track record in directing and motivating others toward profitability goals. He is highly skilled in mediation, problem solving and cost effective techniques that conform to DMG’s customer service philosophy. He holds an active Oklahoma Broker Associate license for full service investment brokerage services. Robert also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, double majoring in Finance and Accounting, through the Michael Price School of Business at the University of Oklahoma.

Robert has been involved in the management, leasing and over-site of both large multi-family properties and small scattered site properties for the past twelve years with the company. He has exceptional leasing, public relations and team building skills with a genuine commitment to quality customer service and performance objectives.

His duties encompass all residential brokerage, leasing, collections, business promotions, operating expense management, tenant retention and market research for the company.

Mary Garren, Operations Manager / Director of Accounting

Mary maintains a dual role - heading up the company’s Accounting and Operations Divisions. Specializing in payroll, employee relations, financial reporting, office operations, purchasing, and quality control. Mary monitors and controls daily office operations and the corporate office staff members, always working to maximize quality control and work efficiency.

Having exceptional accounting and organizational skills, Mary has consistently met or exceeded every challenge offered her including regulation of the firm's compliance with ever-changing insurance, accounting and employment issues while monitoring overall quality control for maximized client and tenant retention. Mary is responsible for establishing all bank accounts in accordance with clients’ needs and monitoring them to ensure they are maintained correctly. She prepares monthly property financial reports for managed properties and bi-monthly payrolls to include tracking all employee hours with great precision and performing periodic reviews of accounts receivable and payable. Mary earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Oklahoma and holds a teaching certificate.
