Meet The Team
With the company since its inception, Dana oversees the strategic growth strategy for DMG through property management, special projects, sales and leasing.
Dana studied Advertising/Journalism and Graphic Art Design at Midwestern State University in her native state of Texas before relocating to Norman in 1984. She attended courses at the University of Oklahoma and completed an extensive series of real estate and property management courses as education requirements for both the CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) and ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER (ARM®).
Turner joined DMG Real Estate Services in 2023 as the Business Development Officer & Commercial Associate and has since transitioned into the role of Director of Operations, where he oversees all management aspects of the company. Turner leads growth-driven initiatives and directs DMG's Commercial Real Estate division, representing clients across office, industrial, retail, and development sectors throughout the Oklahoma City metro.
Prior to joining DMG, Turner spent two years as an Associate Broker with Creek Commercial Real Estate and four years as an Associate Civil Engineer at Wallace Design Collective, where he gained extensive experience in design, development, and project management.
Turner earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 2018 and obtained his Oklahoma Real Estate License in 2022. He has since earned his Broker's License from the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.
He is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), the Norman Rotary Club, and the Norman Chamber of Commerce, as well as several local networking groups. Outside of work, Turner enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their two daughters, and is actively involved in their local church community.
