    Every household must maintain at least $100,000 in liability coverage.
    You can:

    • Upload your own policy through AppFolio — simply include DMG Real Estate Services as an Additional Interested Party, or
    • Be automatically enrolled in a third-party liability program that meets lease requirements.

      DMG does not sell or underwrite insurance. All coverage, claims, and terms are handled by the independent provider.

    Want personal property protection? We recommend a full HO-4 renter’s policy for your belongings.

  6. Credit Reporting (In Development)

    Soon, your on-time rent payments will help you build credit!
    DMG is partnering with national credit bureaus to report positive payment history — helping residents establish stronger financial futures.
